Namir Faidi - Real Estate Executive and Auto Conversion Enthusiast
Real estate executive Namir Faidi is the vice president of Sunhill Corporation, based in Mill Valley, California. Since assuming this position at the real estate firm in 1981, he has overseen the management of commercial and residential property, as well as end-to-end operations for Sunhill Enterprises, LP. The firm’s operations include acquisition, financing, management, and marketing. Some of the notable properties Namir Faidi has actively handled include negotiating leases with anchor tenants and major chain stores such as Safeway, Sprouts, Mega Mart, and Home Depot.
Mr. Faidi also holds other executive positions in real estate. He has been a managing member at N.F. Industries since 1995 and Lucmore, LLC, since 2015. He was also president at FGNF Developers, Inc. from 1999 to 2004. He leverages his business administration education from the University of San Francisco and his passion for solar and green energy to deliver functional, sustainable projects in both his work and numerous personal projects through privately held entities.
When not working, Mr. Faidi enjoys doing auto conversions. He is currently working on converting a Pinzgauer 718 MK and a Pinzgauer 718. He aims to convert the two 6x6 military trucks into off-road trucks for private use.
